Robert Neff, Ph.D., CMT Founder and CEO Robert "Dr. Bob" earned his doctorate from the Sport Psychology program at Michigan State University. He has provided sport psychology/mental training services for athletes, performers, and business executives since 1990. His athlete clients include national junior and collegiate champions, touring professionals, world champions, and Olympic Gold Medalists. Dr. Bob is on the United States Olympic Committee sport psychology registry, is a Certified Mental TrainerĀ® (CMT) and is also certified through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. He has been a USPTA and USTA High Performance Coach. Dr. Bob is a former college and professional athlete.

Brad Jurica, M.A., CMT Director of Mental Training and COO Brad earned his Master's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. In 2002, Brad began working as an applied sport consultant, initially in Southern California and then in the DFW area beginning in 2005. Brad is a Certified Mental TrainerĀ® (CMT). His mental training experience is extensive, having worked with every age group, major sport and experience level. Brad is a member of the Association Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) as well as the America Psychological Association - Division 47. He is also a former collegiate athlete.

Paul Drayton, CMT Director of Mental Training, East Coast Paul is a Certified Mental TrainerĀ® (CMT) and has been training since 2000. He has experience working with
clients of all ages and experience levels, including nationally acclaimed celebrities. He has
published two books on performance enhancement and has operated a private practice specializing in relationship and leadership counseling. Paul lives in North Florida with his wife and two children. When he
isn't working with clients or studying the latest literature on mental training, you can find him playing guitar, surfing or on a tennis court.

Robert Weinberg, Ph.D., CMT

Dr. Weinberg has published over 200 scientific articles in the field of sport and exercise psychology. He has been selected by his peers as one of the Top 10 sport psychology consultants in the world. He is co-editor of the world's best-selling textbook on sport and
exercise psychology, "Foundations of Sport and Exercise Psychology." He is past president of two national sport psychology
associations and is a frequent keynote speaker at sport psychology
conferences nationally and internationally. Dr. Weinberg's current research focus is on mental toughness - what it is, how it can be developed by coaches and athletes, and how sport psychology principles can transfer to the business world.
