Mental Training Inc. Australia is an experienced, solution- based company located in Melbourne – the sporting capital of Australia. Our aim is to bring the best and most effective mental training skills to athletes and teams Australia-wide.

After Dr Damien Lafont worked with the MTI Team in USA, it was evident that Dr Bob Neff’s work and the MTI system was exactly what our Aussie athletes needed – an all-in-one, innovative, modern mental training approach developed by the best sports psychologists in the world. We quickly saw that this system supported the new generation of athletes and gave them leading-edge sports psychology skills at their fingertips.

Having coached in the industry for many years, we saw the unique opportunity to enhance the mental training skills of many athletes, teams, coaches and parents using a tried and tested system that not only developed the necessary mindsets for sport – but got results!
