Here’s a quick list of things you can do to strengthen your immune system and improve your overall health:

  1. Take a multi-vitamin every day (including 2-4000iu of Vit-D as maintenance)
  2. Wash your hands often
  3. Use hand sanitizer often
  4. Stay hydrated (resulting in going to the restroom often)
  5. Reduce touching eyes with unwashed fingers
  6. Stay clear of sick or sneezing people
  7. Get an extra hour of sleep for a few days in a row
  8. Exercise 3-4 times a week for at least 30min, and
  9. Keep your stress manageable (remember that stress is caused by us trying to control uncontrollables).
